Pizza Garden specializes in authentic Neapolitan style pizza, also known as Naples-style pizza is a style of pizza made with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. They chose to use the Caputo four imported from Italy, the tomato sauce is made using fresh, traditional blend of vine-ripe tomatoes and the meat is sourced from local BC farms or directly from Italy.

The uniqueness of this pizzeria is their oven, the pizza is baked inside a custom made fire oven which makes the crust uniquely crisp.

WHAT I ATE

Pepperoni Pizza – Slice $3.81 / Medium 14” $16.75 / XL 18” $21.75

In any pizza shop we have to try the classic on the menu which is the pepperoni pizza, I was not disappointed with the taste. The crust was crispy, there was plenty of pepperoni slices on top and the mozzarella cheese was creamy. Ingredients include tomato sauce, fior di latte, grana padano, mozzarella, and pepperoni.

Calabria Pizza – Slice $3.81 / Medium 14” $20.50 / XL 18” $27

This one is probably the best on the menu if you like meats, the combination of capicolla, fennel sausage, hot soppressata is delicious! Eating together with the melted mozzarella cheese taste fantastic.

Final Thoughts

A lot of options for pizza lovers here, even for those who prefer the veggie option. The pizzas are made to order and baked to perfection in an Italian open fire oven, order your whole pizzas ahead of time as there are always a lineup here. This is a very good pizza place!
