Cazba Express offers Persian cuisine, various kabob grilled meats and fish, your options are chicken breast, beef, lamb and salmon along with a plateful of rice. They grill it on the spot as you order the food but I think some of the meats have been pre cooked in advance on the same day to save long cooking times. So depending when you get there, you might get freshly cooked meats instead of “pre heating” the meat when you order it.

WHAT I ATE

Soltani – Top Sirloin Steak + Ground Beef $14.99

I was looking forward to try this dish as it seemed to be the main course of the entire menu, unfortunately I was disappointed with the taste. The beef steak was over cooked, it was dry and tough to bite and the ground beef was also a bit on the dry side. I guess I was served a bad batch this time.

Koobideh – Ground Sirloin Beef $9.99

This is the best value on their menu and it also looks amazing on the plate, this time the ground beef was grilled well, it was soft and juicy on the inside. It comes with plenty of rice that will make you full in no time, the rice was fluffy. I would eat this dish again.

Final Thoughts

I think the taste of their food needs to be more consistent, I don’t want to wonder when I will get a good piece of meat on my plate. Cazba Express is still worth checking out, they have one of the most affordable dish in the entire food court that would leave you satisfied.
